Natural (ish) cycle for next FET

Had my WTF appointment Thursday. Mr Dr shrugged shoulders, said he can not think of other drugs to try. One thing that could be a problem is my lining getting too thick and could be getting hyperplasia. The plan for my last embryo and last FET is a natural (ish)cycle with no suppression, no oestrogen tablets, just prednisolone, intralipids and PIO. I am to pee on a stick, call when I have a LH surge and have a scan. If my lining is thick enough I shall have a transfer. If not thick enough, my embryo will not be thawed and we will do a medicated cycle at a later date. I shall also be doing accupuncture. A couple of my friends from my clinic have given me a number of a accupuncture guy who specialises in fertility issues. Both of them fell pregnant when doing IVF and having accupuncture with him. Fingers crossed he will help me! It's worth a try, not got anything to lose, other than money!!

Back from a short holiday

I have just got back from the Forest of Dean. DH, the dogs and I went on a short little self catering holiday. Was great to get away and not think about 'stuff'. It certainly has helped a little, but it was not long enough. I was just starting to relax and then it was time to come home. I am now home and nothing has changed. I am still depressed, still have no baby and still hate my job. Now how do I change all of this and make myself happy....? That is the million pound question.... Million pounds would be a start I guess. Must buy a lottery ticket!

Not sure where I am at

One minute I am feeling like I will be ready to move on to our next step if our next FET fails (adoption), other times the thought of never being pregnant makes me cry. I tend not to think about it, pretend that all is fine, brush everything under the carpet. I am so good at ignoring things and pretending all is fine. Such a great, but terrible way of dealing with things. We have our WTF appointment with my Dr 21st June. It will be pointless. He will say his usual 'its just bad luck' and I will shrug my shoulders and say how I always have bad luck. One thing I am going to ask is if there is anything at all I can do, take, inject myself with etc to help implantation. I already know the answer is 'No', but I need to ask anyway. Have any of you had an endometrium scrape before IVF? It is meant to cause a rough patch in your lining and help implantation? Is there any other drugs I should request. Here is the list of my last FET and my next FET will be the same: Suprecur (lupron), progynova tabs (oestrogen), asprin, intralipids, 10mg Prednisolone, pregnacare multivit, prontogest injections (progesterone), 125mcg thyroxine.

The red witch is here

Well prontogest definitely keeps your period at bay. Only now, 5 days after my BFFN do I get my period. As ever it is heavy and painful and I feel like shit. The last few days have been hard, I am so depressed but people wouldn't know it. I always put a brave face on, pretend all is fine bit is not a healthy way to be. I am not fine. I am slowly realising that I will never be pregnant. I am realising that I need to come to terms with this. How do I go about that? How do I become ok about never being pregnant? Will I ever come to terms with it?

BFN again, it's getting boring now

I am 10dp5dt and I saw those horrible words 'not pregnant' after I POAS at 6 am this morning. This is getting a bit too repetitive and boring now. 6 cycles, 6 BFNs. I am gutted and am starting to accept this will never happen. The chances of the lone frostie we have left sticking is very slight. I don't know what to do with myself. I'm just sitting starring into space as my mind goes into overdrive.

4dp5dt FET#3 - time is going so slow!

One week until OTD. As ever, no beta, just POAS and then the dreaded call to the clinic to say its negative, or hopefully positive?!? Not much has gone on with me, ive have not had any symptoms like previous cycles. Previous. Uncles have all been negative, but I always had a lot of side effects from the drugs. This time, no side effects other than sore b00bs before transfer. The only thing I have noted is the odd belly cramps since transfer, but the transfer this time was uncomfortable and I have endometriosis, so not reading into it. OTD 21st may, one week time! Time is going soooo slow!

PUPO on my birthday!

Yesterday both my embryos, 11 and 13 survived the thaw and were transferred! They were top quality and starting to differentiate! I have had a few cramps since but was from the procedure I think. Today I shall be lying on sofa watching my new box set and doing some crochet! Oh yeah, I am also 28 today!
